  1. Use Sugar-Free Gum After Eating

If you do not carry your toothbrush with you at all times to brush your teeth after meals, you can do the next best thing, which is to chew sugar-free gum. This will help to get rid of food particles on your teeth, reducing the risk of developing gum disease.
